Achieving the perfect fit is the foundation of every ORSO Custom shoe.

Visit an official ORSO Pro dealer (marked with the red suplest crest in the dealer list), or
Join us in Burgdorf at our HQ for a personal fitting experience
If you already own an ORSO model, simply provide your current size

2. Creative Direction

Your vision defines the design.

Express your ideas freely, whether sketching by hand or working digitally
Every detail you provide helps shape a truly unique piece

3. Design Submission

Share your concept with us.

Submit your design and shoe size using the ORSO custom form at the bottom of this page
Include any specific requests, inspirations, or preferences
Our team will carefully review every element

4. Design Consultation

Craftsmanship meets collaboration.

Our designer will evaluate your concept with precision and care
Should refinement be needed, we will personally reach out to you

5. Photorealistic Preview

Experience your design before it is created.

You will receive a highly detailed, photorealistic rendering
This is your opportunity to review and confirm every detail

6. Final Approval & Commissioning

Your approval marks the transition from concept to creation.

Upon confirmation, your ORSO Custom will be formally commissioned
An invoice will be issued at this stage
As each pair is individually crafted, changes or cancellations are no longer
possible after approval
Production begins upon receipt of full payment

7. Craftsmanship & Delivery

Precision takes time.

Each pair is meticulously handcrafted over approximately 8 weeks
You will receive confirmation of your delivery schedule
Your finished ORSO Custom will be shipped directly to your address
