suplest warranty – for purchases

We provide a warranty exclusively for our cycling shoes. Suplest cycling shoes are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. To process any warranty claims, a proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt from the point of purchase) is required.



This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects or damage caused by improper use or negligence.
  • Defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to follow the operating instructions (suplest manual).
  • Accidents or damage caused by crashes.
  • Modifications or adjustments made to the shoes. 


Warranty procedure


1. Contact us or your dealer:

  • If you purchased your shoes from a dealer, contact them directly
  • If you purchased your shoes on the suplest website, email us at shop@suplest.com. 


2. Provide information:

  • If we request the shoes to be returned, ensure they are clean before sending them in.
  • Mark the problem area with a sticker and include a brief description of the issue.
  • Fill out the Revocation Form (return form) and include it with your return.
  • Include your full name, address, and email address in the return package.
  • Attach a copy of your receipt that clearly shows the purchase date. 


3. Prepare for shipment:

  • Carefully pack your shoes to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Use a reliable shipping method, such as registered mail or a courier service, to ensure your package is not lost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the shoes and determine the best resolution for your case.
  • Resolutions may include repair, partial warranty, or full warranty replacement. For repairs or partial warranties, additional fees may apply. In such cases, we will consult with you before proceeding.
