For the sake of completeness, we point out that US laws provide for supervision measures of US authorities in the US, that allow the general storage of all personal data transferred from the European Union to the USA. This happens without differentiation, limitation or exception based on the objective pursued, and without any objective criteria which would allow to restrict the access of US-authorities to personal data and their subsequent use to specific, strictly limited purposes, which may justify the access to this information. Also, there is no effective judicial protection against general access rights of US Agencies at present. We explicitly remind those persons concerned of this legal and factual situation in order to allow an appropriate decision for a consent regarding the use of personal data.
